Where required, we follow Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) procedures to compare control methods and identify the preferred alternative for advancing conceptual design.

Our goal is to ensure the safety, compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and equitable treatment of all road users, including pedestrians and cyclists, while maintaining efficient transportation flow. This directly contributes to achieving complete streets, as intersections are the most critical design elements of our network.
