Who we are

Led by Mahmoud Raoufi, PE, PTOE, our team brings 17 years of extensive experience in traffic modeling, specializing in large-scale simulation, regional models, and dynamic traffic assignment.

Mahmoud's expertise has been instrumental in significant projects, including the MoPac South Express Lanes and US183 North Express Lanes for CTRMA, the San Antonio Advanced Rapid Transit study for VIA, the San Antonio International Airport System Strategic Development Plan, numerous major interchange projects for TxDOT, and the Tesla Giga Factory Texas Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA). His contributions also encompass transit demand modeling for the Rethinking I-94 project for MNDOT, and demand modeling for the Mesa Grande Drive extension in Las Cruces.
